Yucatan best car rental - 97000 Mérida

Rented a car for 10 days. They were super professional and helpful. The car was great and I had no problems at any point. Great price and great guys! Highly recommend!

Worst customer service! Tried to charge us for a damp seat, car was ours till the next morning but we dropped it off the night before and they had already rented it out and claimed the "clients" wouldn't rent a car with wet seats even though the seat was only a little damp and would have dried within 30 minutes. Spent over an hour arguing with him and luckily the new clients came and had no problem with the seats that were actually near completely dry by then. He was very nice when we were booking and paying but very unreasonable when we returnes the car.

Rented a car for two weeks. Was the best deal in the 2 major dealerships we looked at (budget and enterprise) by a good amount. Was a bit hesitant at first as it's a smaller independent place. However did the inspections and actually lent us a better car the first day for the same price as the car i booked was unavailable. Happy with the communication and pricing. Would definately recommend this to any travellers. We dropped the car off in Tulum (Additional charges but still came off cheaper than others)

We were planning to rent from Yucatan Best, but on the day when we received the car, we were informed instead they had brokered us through another party car dealership (Green Car Rental). We were a bit surprised, but thought nothing of it as the Yucatan Best guy had been very nice thus far. What a big mistake! His "friends" at Green Car Rental charged us $500 for what they claimed was a hold, and Yucatan Best suddenly shirked all responsibility! Huge fraud. Don't rent here!

I first got a very low price BUT the night before I fly in ... I got a message saying: " sorry they hit the car" with this picture.?? They offered me a van that was more expensive - Price more than the double... Not sure about this place, really. Managed to find a big name location car with no issues. Saw your reply, just to to be clear here: I needed a car for 2 Months. I was wondering - once installed - if the price I originally got was legit OR a scam and I asked another quote from you for the rest of my stay. After all maybe everything was legit you might have another small car coming back from a rental at such a great rate. But it turns out NO (as I tough). For the readers I got a quote of 2100mx/week from you.I finally paid 3900 mx/week with EUROPCAR (airport) for a week. Foreigners must know the prices are random in the area depending of the availability of the fleet...etc Average quotes was around 5800mx from my experience of November 2021 even got up to 14 000mx/,week with some providers. So at 2100mx it was too good to be true I guess... And yes, as you I mentioned I was open to other options since I live in a bit remote place and wanted a car just to do groceries, and visit nearby areas. Since you are not a big brand name, maybe you had other options, who knows? I finally rented a scooter long term and I think it's very convient and much more economical than a car with my needs here.

We booked with this company after a bad experience with another rental company. They were very accommodating to our needs, switching vehicles to fit our requirements and bringing every vehicle to our location. We considered the price very competitive. Every person we deal with was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I had a good experience renting a 2018 Nissan March for 3 days. Price was MXN 850 / day so a bit pricy for such a small car, but the service was friendly and efficient and the car was in very good conditions. They accept debit cards, which is also a plus.
