A	Alina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos una reserva con ellos para Chichen Itza con drop off en un hotel de playa del Carmen, nos dijeron que debido a que el transporte a Playa del Carmen era a las 15,30, no se podia visitar el Cenote. Pues llegaron con retraso, el transporte es a la estacion de ADO, no al hotel. Y el Bus salio a las 16,30, horas. En fin, dentro de todas las agencias que hemos contratado en Mexico la unica que no ha cumplido el programa. Ademas se lo reclamamos y no nos dieron repuesta. We made a reservation with them for Chichen Itza with drop off at a hotel in Playa del Carmen, they told us that because the transport to Playa del Carmen was at 3.30 pm, you could not visit the Cenote. As they arrived late, transportation is to the ADO station, not the hotel. And the Bus left at 4.30 pm. Anyway, within all the agencies that we have hired in Mexico the only one that has not fulfilled the program. We also claimed it and they didn't answer us.

De la excursión a Chichen Itzá, de las 8 horas solo estuvimos 2 y cuarto en las ruinas. Teníamos drop off en un hotel de Playa del Carmen y nos dejaron en un autobús ADO. Lo mejor el chofer-guía, que gracias a él pudimos visitar un cenote, porque el traslado a Playa del Carmen nos lo retrasaron sin consultarnos. Travel agency in Yucatan, it was regular for us. I contacted them through email to get budgets for trips to chichen itza and hotel stays(Jul 8th). Their first reply was the very next day asking me for more detail and saying that they attached a budget, which they didn't attached. I responded Jul14th saying that they did not included the file or if they could send it over again.. nothing. One week later another mail.. nothing. Such bad online service PS. We had no language misunderstanding as I am spanish native speaker. EDITADO:5/9/219. La agencia ya me contactó y envió las cotizaciones solicitadas. ORIGINAL [ES] Pésimo servicio online. Les envié un correo para pedir presoupuestos para reservas de hoteles y una visita a chichen itzá. . Primero me contestaron super rápido para hacerme mas preguntas y diciendo que enviaban el presupuesto, que no estaba incluido en el correo. Intenté contactarlos más veces por el mismo medio y ya no volvieron a responder.
