M	Maria Cristina Garcia Cuellar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les aconsejo no hacer negocios con esta inmobiliaria. Alquilé por un año una casa vieja y tuve que hacerle algunas reparaciones por mi cuenta. La dueña de la casa, con la complicidad de la inmobiliaria, se quedó con nuestro depósito (un mes de renta y el aval, que es otro mes de renta), alegando que estaba en mal estado, que había que pintar toda la casa por fuera y por dentro cuando por el contrario la entregamos mejor de lo que la recibimos. I advise you not to do business with this real estate agency. I rented an old house for a year and had to do some repairs on my own. The owner of the house, with the complicity of the real estate agent, kept our deposit (one month's rent and the guarantee, which is another month's rent), alleging that it was in poor condition, that the whole house had to be painted by outside and inside when, on the contrary, we deliver it better than we received it.

After signing off on our Centro property we wanted a move-in ready additional property and looked around some days with no luck. Mirna was miraculously available that Saturday, dedicated her day to us and there it was, she had what we were looking for! We decided on it same day and the rest is history! ? We are very greatful to Mirna, her follow up and constant check on our process until a few weeks ago when we finally went back to Merida and received our new home. Muchas gracias Mirna! ??
