Casey is friendly and easy to talk to, but always sets correct expectations with her clients! An excellent contact to have in Merida as well, she is a long time local and knowledgeable about many aspects of the city.

I have used YTS to assist with completing the process to get my residency card, everything went smoothly and I got my card without any problems. My girlfriend also used their services for her card, two satisfied customers. They are very well versed with the workings of the system.

My Experience with Yucatan Transitional Services and Casey Leonard: I want to begin by saying that my husband and I have had MANY positive business experiences with YTS over the last 3 years. They have assisted us in several matters including living accommodations, vehicle rentals, immigration services and even emergency assistance when we were stranded due to a US Border Patrol system error that caused them to deny our entry back to the US to return to our home. All during covid! Uggghhh. I called Casey and Casey came to our aid immediately with connections, information and sound advice on who to call and how to get it resolved so we could get home. Having read the ratings of the other people here, I'm wondering what the ones giving Casey and YTS a really bad rating might have done wrong, because I'm more than satisfied with the service and got along with Casey really well. She took care of all the organization and the paperwork and personally handed me over my temporary residency card. I only went to the migration office for the stuff she could not do (fingerprints, foto etc.). So, no complaints at all from my part!

Casey is just the best. She has helped me through our my time here on multiple occasions! She always help you during your time of emergency, and she is very caring and resourceful. Highly recommend their business!!

I own a small two-bedroom property which I have recently purchased. I need to rent it out for now. It is really cute and a great Location. Casey has helped to rent it and maintain it. She is a very busy woman but always complies with her Promises- maybe it takes a few hours longer than I would like. As a client- I want everything done immediately! Doesn’t every client?! When a person needs or wants something done - it is best to use an expert and Casey is the expert. I know this as I have seen her in action. .she always keeps her word!
