Cars are newish, clean and dependable, much cheaper then the larger car rental companies and so much better to deal with. Sylvia is amazing as are both Diego and Anwar. Highly recommend using this company for you car rental experience.

Silvia, Pamela and Karen are professionals and they will go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied with their services and products. They were always available to deal and resolve any issues we had. Their prices are below of many rental agencies and car rental. We highly recommend Yucatan Vacations, they are a small agencies but they sure know how to provide excellent services. You will not regret using their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 start because there are not 10. Honestly, the best rental car service in the Yucatan Peninsula. I rented previously in Cancun and this is definitely the best one.
One of the most important things about this review is the human treatment I received from Luis. When I arrived at his office, I told him about one unfortunate event I had during previous days and that it might impact the rental. Before talking about business, Luis cared about me and he wanted to make sure I was fine. Then, he was open to the options and we could rent the car.
Last but not least, he was absolutely clear about the rental and all the requirements, obligations, and recommendations. If I go back to Merida, I would definitely rent a car with him again.
Luis, thanks a lot for your kindness and service attitude. Continue like that.

We would highly recommend using this company to rent a home in the area. We had an amazing time, and god willing, we will be back to employ them again. Thank you!
