The worst service pedantic despotic people

Good company personally, the signal has never failed me

They open when they are swollen and then they want to charge surcharges for not paying on the days they indicate

Terrible Internet I spend several days without Internet and for a change they don't answer and they don't solve the problem

The internet is sometimes very unstable, sometimes it goes for several hours and happens frequently, when there is strong winds the signal goes. Edited on 01/25/2019: I decided to cancel the service, the last week I was on the internet, I dialed and sent messages several times and they did not answer UNTIL I asked them how to cancel the service they told me that I should go to a pawn shop to return the equipment and unsubscribe. there are no yuhu offices. I went to the pawnshop and with the surprise of the one who attended me, he told me that only payments are made, no return of equipment or losses, then the person asked me to come back in the afternoon to find this out. I return a few hours later and they finally let me return the team, however they did NOT give me any ticket or receipt that I returned the equipment and I unsubscribed. Obviously I asked for some kind of receipt but they told me there is not. For that day I was already fed up and wanted to finish with them and so I returned everything, now I have izzi of 20mb actually I get between 16-20mb but I am much more satisfied than the 10mb of yuhu which actually gave me 1mb- 3mb although I was leaving.
