HABLO A LA PIZZERÍA Y ME DICEN "LE CAMBIAMOS SU PIZZA PERO VA A LO ULTIMO PORQUE TENEMOS DOS PEDIDOS POR DELANTE" (COMO SI ESTUVIERA HACIENDO UN PEDIDO NUEVO) Y TODAVIA ME CONTESTAN QUE NO LES IMPORTA QUE PIERDAN CLIENTES.
COMPRENDAN UNA COSA, SOY CLIENTE Y ESTOY PAGANDO POR EL PRODUCTO, NO ME LO ESTAN REGALANDO.
DEFINITIVAMENTE NO LA RECOMIENDO. NUNCA LES VUELVO A COMPRAR
AWFUL SERVICE, AFTER ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHEN THEY TOLD ME THAT IT TAKES ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO ARRIVE, THE DELIVERY MAN ANSWERED THAT IT IS NOT HIS FAULT (AS IF IT WERE MINE), MY PIZZA TOTALLY COLD!!!!!! !!! I TALK TO THE PIZZA SHOP AND THEY TELL ME "WE'LL CHANGE YOUR PIZZA BUT IT'S GOING TO LAST BECAUSE WE HAVE TWO ORDERS AHEAD" (AS IF I WAS PLACING A NEW ORDER) AND THEY STILL ANSWER THAT THEY DON'T CARE THAT THEY LOSE CUSTOMERS.
UNDERSTAND ONE THING, I AM A CUSTOMER AND I AM PAYING FOR THE PRODUCT, THEY ARE NOT GIVING IT TO ME.
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I WILL NEVER BUY THEM AGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woau yungla pizza esta genial, instalaciones comodas y modernas. Esta cadena me ha sorprendido, tiene variedades de sabores en pizzas con una excelente calidad. El servicio y la atención es muy buena. Los precios son similares a las de otras franquicias pero destaca su sabor. La mexicana es mi favorita. En general muy recomendable. Puedes pagar con tarjeta sin cobro de comisiones y además su sistema de facturación es vía web. Lo tiene todo.
Woau yungla pizza is great, comfortable and modern facilities. This chain has surprised me, it has varieties of flavors in pizzas with excellent quality. The service and attention is very good. The prices are similar to those of other franchises but its flavor stands out. The Mexican is my favorite. In general highly recommended. You can pay with a card without charging commissions and also its billing system is via the web. Has it all.
