En su página de Facebook quitaron la opción a comentarios , borraron la publicación de queja, ¿porque no dar una explicación? Si fue un error lo dicen y ya, la referencia pudo haber dicho: devolución pero no eso... muy mal!! Un curso de calidad y servicio al cliente no les haría daño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están bien, son amplias, y los niños se divierten mucho, mi esposa y yo rentamos para una fiesta infantil, lo muy malo es que de todos los salones que cotizamos (como 7) te cobran por separado los manteles, además tú debes llevar tanque de gas ya que bajo pretexto de reglamentos no pueden tener 1, lo curioso es que fue el único salón que no tenía, esto molesta porque no te enteras hasta haber hecho el depósito de anticipo, y al menos en mi caso pues quiero disfrutar la fiesta y no estar pensando en llevar aquellas cosas de las que carece.
