★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el horario de lunes a viernes es de 9 a 17 hrs hoy llegue 15 minutos antes de las 17 hrs y me dijeron que una de sus reglas es estar 20 minutos antes de las 17 hrs. En los horarios que tienen pegados nunca indican la regla de los 20 minutos antes. Le mencione esto a una encargada y enojada me grito e incluso me cerro la puerta. Deberían saber que su trabajo es atención al cliente.
Afectaron mi tiempo y economía.
 Terrible service Monday through Friday is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Today I arrive 15 minutes before 5 p.m. and they told me that one of their rules is to be 20 minutes before 5 p.m. In the schedules that are glued they never indicate the rule of 20 minutes before. I mentioned this to a manager and she angrily yelled at me and even closed the door. They should know that their job is customer service.
They affected my time and economy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La actitud de la chica que me atendió no fue la mejor. Le solicité un máscara de cejas de tono más oscuro y le dije varias veces y al llegar a mi casa me di cuenta que me dió un tono más abajo.
The attitude of the girl who attended me was not the best. I asked him for a darker tone eyebrow mask and I told him several times and when I got home I realized that he gave me a lower tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es limpio ubicado dentro de una plaza comercial en av. Cercana a Zaragoza.
Esta completamente limpio. Tiene las medidas.de seguridad para la desinfección de manos. Las señoritas son serias, hacen su labor pero no es que te sientas muy Agusto con ellas. Quedaron de enviarme la factura de compra en la tienda y nunca llegó a mi correo a comparación de cuando compro en línea siempre puedo visualizarla. Los productos son muy buenos.
The place is clean located inside a commercial plaza on av. Close to Saragossa.
It is completely clean. It has the security measures for hand disinfection. The ladies are serious, they do their job but it's not that you feel very comfortable with them. They agreed to send me the purchase invoice in the store and it never arrived in my email compared to when I buy online I can always see it. The products are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda pequeña y las señoritas que atienden si no llevas la cesta llena de productos no te hacen caso. Aunque son 2 quien atienden tienes que esperar que las 2 atienda y cobren a un solo cliente, lo que hace que sea muy lento a la hora de cobrar.
Tienes que ir con paciencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, una de las trabajadoras (robusta y cabello rojizo en específico) nos atendió muy mal, grosera y no dejaba de vernos de arriba a abajo. No volvemos a ir a esa sucursal.
Terrible service, one of the workers (robust and specifically reddish hair) treated us very badly, rude and kept looking at us from top to bottom. We will never go to that branch again.

En otra ocasión me acerque a la otra chica y me dijo AQUI SOLO DOY MAQUILLAJE no estaba haciendo nada y éramos varias en la fila creo q debe apoyar ... Regular el negocio pero o no hay más opciones...
A very small place, very empty of products, there are no dressing rooms, there is a girl who was very kind to me... On another occasion I approached the other girl and she told me HERE I ONLY GIVE MAKEUP I was not doing anything and there were several of us in line I think you should support... Regulate the business but there are no other options...
