★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yves Rocher es una empresa comprometida ambientalmente con productos de belleza de origen vegetal y además contribuyen con el medio ambiente a reforestar los bosques. Lo único que le falta a esta tienda es asumir el compromiso de su marca y ofrecer bolsas de papel y no de plástico en cada compra (aunque claramente puedes negarte a recibir una bolsa si tu compra no es tan grande). Sus dependientas son muy atentas, me ofrecieron su tarjeta de cliente VIP y la aproveché en la misma compra. El servicio es bueno y de verdad son muy amables y pacientes para explicar sus promociones y el modo más efectivo de comprar y aprovechar todos los servicios.
Yves Rocher is an environmentally committed company with plant-based beauty products and also contributes to the environment by reforesting forests. The only thing that this store lacks is to assume the commitment of its brand and offer paper bags and not plastic in each purchase (although you can clearly refuse to receive a bag if your purchase is not that big). Their shop assistants are very attentive, they offered me their VIP client card and I took advantage of it in the same purchase. The service is good and they really are very kind and patient to explain their promotions and the most effective way to buy and take advantage of all the services.

Bad customer service. The saleswoman yelled at me! Then I asked her about facial cream and she started talking about exfoliates, since she doesn't care what I ask.
