★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me estaban ofreciendo una propiedad que no está en litigio, ni hipotecada. Lo corrobore en RPP y no dan acceso al expediente, es un claro fraude. Verifiquen toda la información que les brinden. Y cuando les cuestionas, no hay una respuesta clara ni legal. Lamentablemente me dijeron, pues hay más clientes(habrá quien si caiga, solo les faltó).

Check all the information they give you. And when you question them, there is no clear or legal answer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están vendiendo una propiedad que no está en venta ni en remate bancario como aseguran. Tenemos libertad de gravamen por RPP y constancia de Notaría. Tuvimos que hasta poner una manta en el inmueble"no se vende, no se renta, no está en litigio, NO SE DEJE ENGAÑAR" por qué algunas personas se presentaron en la casa para preguntar, ya que les piden dinero por adelantado como 420mil disque para apartarles el inmueble y lo único que les ampara es un contrato simple (que sirve para nada)no tienen vergüenza!!! Algunos portales como propiedades.com con que les muestres tu denuncia bajan de su portal el anuncio, pero otros como mercado libre te responden que es responsabilidad de quién anuncia y de quién compra (de quién se deje).

Como pueden ver ya me contestaron y la contestación es perfecta! Entonces ya saben los interesados que no deben dar dinero, aquí ya el representante de la "empresa" se los está diciendo, no den ni un peso hasta estar en una Notaría o en juzgado corroborando la operación sea real con expediente en mano y su abogado de confianza checando todo a detalle. No vayan a dar dinero en las oficinas virtuales de ZAAR o de Corporativo Patrimonial Hipotecario (por qué es lo mismo), ya ven que están diciendo que no piden ni un peso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraude! Aunque contesten que no es normal y que son una empresa confiable es MENTIRA, son unos rateros, tengan mucho cuidado. Mi propiedad está publicada en todos lados como si estuviera en remate, cosa que no es cierta. RATAS. No hay ninguna situación en el banco, no hay gravamen ni problema legal, SERAN DENUNCIADOS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos un remate bancario, ya van 3 años del proceso y nada avanza, desde hace 2 meses estamos buscándolos para una reunión y nos digan cuál es el estatus pero siempre cancelan las reuniones y nos dicen que nunca están en la oficina.
