Zamá se encuentra a una esquina de la calle principal de sisal y a contraesquina de Dunosusa en una antigua casa renovada y que es parte del Hotel La Casona de Sisal. El menú que presenta no es muy amplio pero se encuentra bien seleccionado, la comida es ideal para Brunch y califica como muy buena, el servicio es rápido y la atención es adecuada, siempre en un ambiente informal. Indican aceptar tarjetas sin embargo la terminal del negocio no tiene señal y no disponen de otro medio para realizar el cobro con tarjeta en caso de fallar la terminal principal, aspecto a considerar ya que el consumo promedio es de $250 por persona. A very different place to what you normally find in Sisal, it is something strange to find a first class place in a town so far from the city. Zamá is located at a corner of the main street of Sisal and to the corner of Dunosusa in an old renovated house that is part of the Hotel La Casona de Sisal. The menu it presents is not very extensive but it is well selected, the food is ideal for Brunch and qualifies as very good, the service is fast and the attention is adequate, always in an informal atmosphere. They indicate to accept cards, however the business terminal does not have a signal and they do not have any other means to charge with a card in case the main terminal fails, an aspect to consider since the average consumption is $ 250 per person.

La atención muy buena y atenta, los platillos bastante bien servidos y con muy buen sazon y la relación precio/calidad lo vale bastante Very rich and clean. In other words, cross your fingers and hope you get them on a good day. But the biggest issue is the constant opening delays. We are talking 30-40 minutes late, time after time. They’re supposed to open at 8:30am, yet people always have to wait outside for long periods of time. Something always lacks in the menu. The first thing they greet you with is, “today we lack this and that.” The food quality inconsistency, the massive opening delays and the lack of supplies show lack of work ethic, poor management and unprofessionalism.
