★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que era pequeño existía el tortuguero y nunca se caracterizó por ser muy limpio o estar en buen estado. Es entretenido ver un rato a las tortugas, pero solamente eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un parque público y aun así se han hecho buenos esfuerzos por mantener aceptable el lugar, se que podría estar mejor pero eso requiere de recursos por parte del municipio. El tortuguero les gusta a los niños y niñas. La pista para bicicletas o patines puede ser un atractivo y aliciente para que hagan ejercicio los niños. Coman un raspado, vean un juego de basket y pásenla bien sin gastar mucho. Las cosas simples de la vida luego resultan ser las más gratificantes.
It is a public park and still good efforts have been made to keep the place acceptable, I know it could be better but that requires resources from the municipality. The turtle likes boys and girls. The cycle track or rollerblades can be an attractive and encouraging way for children to exercise. Eat a scrape, watch a basketball game and have a good time without spending much. The simple things in life then turn out to be the most rewarding.

El estanque de las ? tortugas lo han rodeado de malla de acero, da mal aspecto pues no se ve tan estético y rústico...
En los jardines muchas plantas están secas y los caminos en mal estado, en muchos de los rincones hay basura amontonadas.
Seria muy bueno que atendieran más al parque ju to con su lago de tortugas. ? ? ? ?
