Pedí una devolución a 5 min de haber comprado debido a defecto de fábrica. Y no saben ni qué hacer. Con ganas de reportar a profeco atienden pésimo. Desearía que algún jefe o dueño me contactara.  Terrible service, they want to sell you what they want, bad experience! Staff neither professional nor trained. I asked for a return within 5 min of having purchased due to factory defect. And they do not know what to do. Eager to report to profeco they attend terrible. I wish some boss or owner would contact me. I give a star why I can not leave them at zero ? I'll never go back
