★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal atiende muy bien, excepto por el gerente, me parece que se llama Eduardo; el viernes 13 me toco estar ahí haciendo una compra, vi la manera en que le habla a las personas que trabajan en la sucursal Metrópolis y es de muy mal gusto, como si fueran inferiores a el y hasta con palabras antisonantes. Me gustaría que hicieran algo al respecto con esa persona.
The staff attends very well, except for the manager, I think his name is Eduardo; On Friday the 13th I had to be there making a purchase, I saw the way he speaks to the people who work in the Metropolis branch and it is in very bad taste, as if they were inferior to him and even with antisonant words. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribly slow service and u can't simply take a pair and try it on. I have to order it like I'd want to buy it, taking up a ton of my time which I don't have a lot of! And once received the shoes they weren't even the right size. So we left.
