★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a buscar unos mocasines de piel a dicha tienda y me quedé sin ganas de regresar a ese lugar, las chicas que atienden piensan que están en una tienda ZÁRA o GUCCI no se! Disculpen pero capa de ozono es una marca pedorra, un establecimiento pequeño!! No de prestigio!! Para atenderte las chicas te ven de pies a cabeza, vi ese trato con una chava que fue a preguntar por calzado, y honestamente al ver que ni siquiera se acercan para atender me salí de ahí, ésto fue en capa de ozono en el área de los portales del Zócalo, de ahí fui al otro capa de ozono, creo es 20 de noviembre, y vaya que siguen esos mismos lineamientos! Al menos ahí se acercaron a atender, al final compré esos mocasines pero creo y espero que esto lo lea el DUEÑO o GERENTE y tome cartas en el asunto! Capaciten a sus empleados!! Haganles ver que el cliente es primero por sobre todas las cosas!! Humildad y respeto hacia el cliente, que de ellos devengan su sueldo!! Gracias!
