La verdad es que batallé un poco con la entrega y después terminé yendo al negocio porque uno de los zapatos traía mal el cierre y venía muy angosta la bota. Es difícil contactar por WhatsApp; por teléfono nunca lo conseguí, pero al final, muy amablemente el vendedor me cambió el par. Les recomiendo que compren 1/2 ó 1 número más grande del que calzan pues los 4 modelos venían reducidos.
I found out about this online business by chance. I loved the models and photographs on the page. I ordered 4 pairs. The truth is that I struggled a bit with the delivery and then I ended up going to the store because one of the shoes had a bad closure and the boot was very narrow. It is difficult to contact by WhatsApp; I never got it over the phone, but in the end, the seller very kindly exchanged the pair for me. I recommend that you buy 1/2 or 1 size larger than the one you fit because the 4 models were reduced.
