Que procede por lo menos que te permitan cambiar el calzado...
I had a bad experience when putting on a shoe, it broke !!, and they told me that I should pay for it (understandable) it is fine but that there is not supposed to be a merchandise insurance in case this happens ... at least I liked the footwear and if not? That it proceeds at least that they allow you to change your footwear ...
