★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí unas plantillas y un chaleco postural.
Me mostraron un material para las plantillas y me dijeron que pedirían el chaleco, ya que no había de la talla, tardaría 10 la entrega, al llegar por mis productos ocurrieron varias cosas desagradables. La dependienta estaba realizando un pedicure, dejó al paciente así a la vista para atender el mostrador, sin quitarse los guantes comenzó a atenderme, resulta que me entrega unas plantillas de una material diferente al que solicité, me sale con que el que me mostraron era una muestra y que ese no me serviría porque se vencen pronto. Pido el chaleco y me sale con que la talla es mas grande y que no tienen la que pedí, que lo consiga en otro lado.
Regresa a ponerle algodones mojados al paciente (después de andar agarrando libretas, productos, dinero). Regresa y me dice que su compañera que me atendió no le dió seguimiento a la orden y que si quiero manda a preguntar por el chaleco, que regrese en media hora, le digo que ahí tienen mi teléfono que me avise, y me sale con que mejor le busqué por otro lado. Me molestó porque 10 días tuvieron mi número y en ningún momento me llamaron para que yo buscará otro sitio.
En conclusión pésimas prácticas de higiene, no se hacen responsables echándole la culpa a los demás dependientes y además quieren que uno esté vuelta y vuelta.
