★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió bien la persona que muestra los zapatos, pero todo lo arruinan cuando ví que tenían terminal Bancomer y pregunte si podía pagar con puntos a lo que muy burlonamente me dijo la cajera que no podía pagar así. No vuelvo a pararme en una de esas zapaterías.
I was well looked after by the person who shows the shoes, but everything is ruined when I saw that they had Bancomer terminal and asked if I could pay with points to what the cashier told me so much that I could not pay that way. I do not go back to one of those shoe stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted over 30 minutes of our time because they mispriced the item and wouldn't honor the advertised the price, only the system price. After a big discussion among themselves, they decided to figure out a way out of it. They had 7 sales staff and we were the only customer there, still they couldn't provide good service. They just stood around.
The worst thing is their attitude. They were very rude and didn't admit that they made a mistake and instead tried to blame us for misreading. Huge frustration and sense of anger. I can afford the $3 USD difference but didn't buy it due to their horrible attitude and treatment.
