★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, fuimos a las 8 y ya no nos quisieron atender. La sucursal estaba abierta, vimos los zapatos y escogimos los modelos, las vendedoras todo el tiempo viéndonos pero no decían nada ni se acercaban. Al solicitar los modelos nos dicen que ya está cerrado, yo lo entendería si desde el inicio nos hubieran señalado que ya estaba cerrado, por sentido común no pierdes ni le haces perder el tiempo al cliente.
Terrible customer service, we went at 8 and they no longer wanted to serve us. The branch was open, we saw the shoes and we chose the models, the saleswomen all the time looking at us but they didn't say anything or come closer. When requesting the models they tell us that it is already closed, I would understand it if from the beginning they had told us that it was already closed, by common sense you do not lose or waste the client's time.
