★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me vendieron unas botas para agua una más grande que la otra , la primera vez lo detecte y les dije me las cambiaron por otras igual de defectuosas asegurandome están bien regrese a los días a pedir un cambio la gerente aun estando ahí no me atendió y su subordinado sólo me puso pretextos que decidí no volver a comprar ahí
They sold me some water boots, one bigger than the other, the first time I detected it and I told them they changed them for others just as defective, making sure they are fine. subordinate only gave me excuses that I decided not to buy there again

I bought two pairs of shoes for my grandchildren, there was a small detail, but I came back and was attended by the owner, who very well helped me and we solved the problem, like what we are, honest people .... on this occasion, I can only recommend this shoe store and the good treatment received .... thanks.
