Si les caes mal o si les da la gana no te aceptan los papeles para los tramites, te dicen que falta algo.
Ojala se les regrese multiplicado por 10 la mala labor que hacen.
Customer service are the worst in the world.
If they don't like you or if they feel like it, they don't accept your paperwork, they tell you something is missing.
Hopefully the bad work they do will be returned to them multiplied by 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, sólo le encontraría un detalle a la compra de accesos. Si eres turista no utilizarás la tarjeta mucho tiempo y en las máquinas no viene bien indizadlo ai puedes comprar boletos para un solo viaje. La tarjeta cuesta 30 pesos y adicional tienes que ponerle saldo para el viaje que es de 9.50.
Es rápido y una forma barata de moverte por la ciudad.
The facilities are very nice, I would only find a detail to buy access. If you are a tourist you will not use the card for a long time and in the machines it is not good to index it so you can buy tickets for a single trip. The card costs 30 pesos and additionally you have to add balance for the trip which is 9.50.
It's fast and a cheap way to get around the city.
