Super tasty and of very good quality, excellent option for dinner, we ordered picaña and ribs and they are really excellent, 100% recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing night, top of the line cocktails, and phenomenal food! If you are in Mayakoba it’s a MUST!! It’s a bar first but the food is some of the best we have had. The staff were all so personable and helped make the night incredible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High end culinary and mixology local IQ at its best . Amazing atmosphere, great music , refined, detailed and intuitive service define Zapote as a unique spot in town . If you are a local you must go and if you are not, you have to go twice . They have an extensive menu worthy to try . This is outlet goes out of the box and redefine what luxury and great ambience mean in one place ! Amazing job !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zapote Bar is a restaurant located inside Rosewood Mayakoba. The menu includes a lot of dishes with middle eastern flavors (e.g. za’atar, tzatziki, etc.) We ordered the pickled veggies, grilled squash, grilled lamp chops, and the fideua (a paella-esque dish with noodles). Everything we ordered was delicious but the items from the grill were standouts. The grilled squash was smoky and creamy and so flavorful from the za’-star, black pepper, and lemon. Wow, what a flavor combination! And the lamb chops with the pink peppercorn and agave. Whoa. Another amazing flavor combo. The next time I come here I plan to try the rest of the items from the grill.
Excellent service, like every other place at Rosewood.
