★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. This property leaves a lot to be desired. The most basic rooms, old shower with cracks in the floor (it’s acrylic not tile) no refrigerator or microwave. No cups or glasses in room and 1 towel with no hand towels. 1 outlet across the room from the bed. Internet did not work in the room only in the lobby. No ice available. No restaurant nearby.
ATTENTION FOLKS WITH DISABILITIES: There is a handicap ramp leading to the entry but then an 8” step to get in the door and they charged a pet fee for our service dog.
Hopefully the Zar in Los Mochis is still the same place we always liked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel I have every stayed in super old rooms stains all over the sheets dirty bathroom cracks all over the walls painting. Bathroom is even worse black tar was coming out the sink and the AC is just horrible will no longer be staying here very disappointed recommend you not to come here especially if you have kids
