★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible atención por parte de los empleados, sobre todo los hombres; son muy groseros y despotas, no son capaces de buscar la prenda que solicitas, además de que apartan mercancía para supuestas clientas que les llaman directamente a ellos y no la quieren mostrar lo cual se me hace injusto porque de nada sirve que verifiques su inventario en su aplicación, llames para confirmar si tienen la prenda y vayas hasta allá para que te salgan con el cuento de que una de las encargadas tiene separada la ropa desde hace varios meses y no pueden tocar ese rack lleno que ellas eligen y no te la quieran vender, es ilógico y las cajeras igual un cero a la izquierda y groseras. Aparte tienen todo desordenado y muchas cosas maltratadas. No vayan!!!! Créanme se ahorrarán una mala experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una marca que me gusta, sin embargo es muy desagradable que tienes que ir a la zara de Antea para ver y comprar ropa más bonita es como si mandaran las sobras de allá para acá, por lo menos deberían de poner la misma ropa y así venderían más y tendrían clientes contentos, por lo menos a mi cada vez me gusta menos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calidad de la ropa aceptable. Un poco mejor a otras tiendas de amplio surtido. El trato es indistinto, tal vez la única interacción es al momento de pagar tus prendas. Los perfumes tienen buen precio. Los accesorios son adoc a quienes son poco exigentes. A mi parecer la ropa de niño es la que mejor valoraría.
