★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia de cómo cliente. El día de hoy fui a devolver una camisa que no marcaron a la hora de cobrarme el viernes pasado. Hablé con el jefe de piso quien me prometió un 25% de descuento por llevar la camisa para que le quitaran el sensor y podérmela cobrar. (Esto después de que una asesora de ventas me tratara como ratero por teléfono) Lleve la camisa para que me la cobrarán y PUM!! Salí sin camisa, sin descuento y odiando a su marca. Los voy a acribillar en Redes.
The worst experience as a customer. Today I went to return a shirt that was not marked at the time of charging me last Friday. I spoke with the floor manager who promised me a 25% discount for wearing the shirt so they could remove the sensor and charge me for it. (This after a sales consultant treated me like a thief on the phone) Wear the shirt so they will charge me and BOOM! I walked out shirtless, no discount and hating their brand. I'm going to riddle them in Networks.
