★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately is closest Zara I have to my house so sometimes I shop here for this reason.
But it’s not furnished as the other shops from Zara and the staff is slow, doesn’t help, eternal queues for the changing room, and yesterday, though they know me (I work a lot with clothing so I buy also a lot), my card had a temporary problem and I asked if they could put it aside for me to come back today to buy it.
The guy at the cash said “No, we don’t reserve clothing”.
Lie as for example in Zara Delta they keep it for 24 hours without any problems.
Such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service could be better. If you don’t speak perfect Mexico City Spanish they don’t care for you. They also don’t like helping you find the proper size. Seems like everyone is waiting to get off work. Wish management was more on top of their employees. Everyone should help everyone regardless if they feel lazy or the other persons spanish isn’t perfect. Acceptance feels great and also helps more sales. Feel free to reach out.
