★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, estamos de visita en la ciudad y no me permitieron entrar con mi hijo. Tanto el “guardia” de la puerta como el gerente son unos altaneros. Muy mal trato a los turistas. Lastima por la marca. Deberían contratar a gente que de verdad esté capacitada para la atención.
Terrible customer service, we are visiting the city and they did not allow me to enter with my son. Both the "guard" at the door and the manager are haughty. Very bad treatment of tourists. Too bad for the brand. They should hire people who are really trained for care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente tienda, ropa de calidad y buen gusto, precios acorde y, en lo que respecta a la atención y el servicio, excelentes, muy amables, buena cara, buena presentación, brindan confianza, muy pertinentes. Además es una tienda muy cómoda, bien organizada, fácilmente encuentras lo que buscas y, de no ser así, lo resuelven en seguida, ya que también cuentan con una página web donde puedes comprar en línea artículos que no se encuentren en la tienda.
Excellent store, quality clothes and good taste, prices to match and, in terms of attention and service, excellent, very friendly, good face, good presentation, they provide confidence, very relevant. It is also a very comfortable, well-organized store, you can easily find what you are looking for and, if not, they solve it immediately, since they also have a website where you can buy items online that are not in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is extremely rude. I understand covid and I understand social distancing. A bunch of other families went in together, so I do not see why my husband and I couldn't. Even if we entered seperate and stayed distant from one another. My husband entered and when I went to enter I was approached by a girl with glasses who harassed me saying only one member of a family in at a time though it was obvious other families were walking together inside. When I backed away the other employee fist bumped her and they laughed. How is that customer service and how is that right? Will not be spending money at zara if thats how they allow their employees to treat their customers.
