★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here were completely unhelpful. Asked them if they had my size in a jacket they just said no. Asked them where the bathroom was and was told they don't have one by the security. He didn't even bother to tell me there was one outside. Went to another Zara at Antara and it was a completely different experience, great staff there and they had my size and they knew where the bathrooms were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downstairs dressing rooms are only for women, and the saleswoman will throw you out if you are a man, even if you want to try a cloth from the "women" floor. This is contrary to the supposedly inclusive culture of the brand. We left :)
