★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??? LEE ESTO ANTES DE IR. Esta tienda lleva DOS años con los probadores cerrados "por pandemia" (en pleno semáforo verde) y no puedes probarte nada. Lo comento porque soy de CDMX y voy frecuentemente a Monterrey las tiendas ahí están abiertas y funcionando como si nada. Solo en Cuernavaca no hay probador. No lo recomiendo, no vayan, no te puedes probar la ropa y tienes que regresar a devolverla si no te gustó cómo te queda.
??? READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO. This store has been closed for TWO years "due to a pandemic" (at the green light) and you can't try on anything. I mention it because I am from CDMX and I go to Monterrey frequently, the stores there are open and working as if nothing had happened. Only in Cuernavaca there is no fitting room. I don't recommend it, don't go, you can't try on the clothes and you have to return them if you don't like how they fit.

Terrible attention, the person who attends Averanda named Karen is a rude person with no tact for the service (typical of Zara), the dressers are disabled and the quality of the clothes is poor, maximum 3 wears.
