Somos muy buenos clientes, teniamos varias ropas en nuestras manos, mqs de.$10 000 pqrq comprar... mi esposa quisiera solamente probar un pantaloon para ver si funcionaba sobre ella.
Fue la 20:52pm, entrado en el probador, el gerente nos trato muy mal, cierro la puerta en la cara de mi esposa diciendole que por normas covid no podiamos probar 15 mns antes del cierre de la tienda, eataba mas procuopado de irse que de atender sus clientes
Probar un pantalon nos tomaba 5 mns, pero no quiso y nos dijo que no importaba el monto que queriamos comprar, que no nos dejara entrar
Hasta el poli de la tienda fue choqueado y se disculpo aun que no tenia pobrecito nada que ver xon esta mala actitud
Esta persona no puede ser gerente de un establecimiento como ZARA
a la 20H45PM como rechazar un cliente que quiere probar 1 pantalon cuando la tienda cierra a la 9 de la noche... mejor ir a otro zara que estar tratado de esta manera...
