★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and over priced on everything they sell. We bought some tubes to float in and when we realized they were so small we tried to return them. After 2 hours of inspections and not wanting to take our return we finally talked to the manager. Unimpressed is an understatement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the toughest places to shop. Now with covet, they meet you at the door and will not let you shop alone. And if you buy something, you just can't go to the cashier to pay, someone needs to write it up and you are not allowed to carry things you are buying to the cashier, these are horrible management policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the items are high quality but some aren’t and are priced like they are. We purchased some floats from the store but 1 leaked out of the box and all were much smaller than we anticipated for the price.
When we attempted to return the items we were met with an exceptionally difficult staff. They made us feel guilty about the whole thing. Especially the manager Lojorse (she wouldn’t give me her card so I’m guessing at her name), It took us two hours of inspection and questioning to finally get our money back and it wasn’t even a full return.
Never coming back here...Ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Largest selection of marine and fishing products in the Bay. Prices are high, as are all imported marine products in Mexico. The items that are on sale are good deals, though. Best prices on Mercury outboards in the area. I disagree that the service is terrible, as everyone there I've dealt with was helpful. One even found me a similar item that was on sale, when the one I asked for was out of stock. This is the only place in the Bay where I've found bronze pipe fittings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ for some reason my review disappeared. I stopped in to find a specific type of fishing line. The had an interesting selection but not what I was looking for. The quick glance around the store, they have just about anything you need. They have service facilities for Marine Engines, and Boats. A selection of Rods and Reels depending your needs. Service was okay, with small language barrier the point was conveyed and it worked out. Pricing appeared a bit high, however almost everything had to be imported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not return due to poor, unsupportive return policy. I bought a pair of fins among other diving equipment here, the fins were a little marked up aesthetically but nothing that would affect their performance so I didn’t mind. They fit well outside of the water but once I got in, it was clear they were a size too large. I rinsed the fins and took them back to swap for a smaller size but they would not let me return them because of the markings on the fins that were already there when I bought them!
I asked to speak with the manager but was told they were busy, very frustrating, now I’m stuck with $100 fins that don’t fit. I was going to buy lots more equipment here but instead, I will take my business somewhere that supports their clients in getting equipment that fits and serves them well.
