★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te aceptan cancelar la compra ya que te hacen esperar 4 días para entregar la mercancía, ademas de no querer regresar el efectivo se comprometen a entregar a base de puras mentiras, solo les importa hacer la venta y que el cliente se las arregle como pueda, en mi experincia no vuelvo a comprar en esta tienda, y por si fuera poco los números de atención al cliente nunca contestan.
Las opciones de servicio ponen que entregan el mismo día, cosa que no es cierto el viernes nomas entregan hasta las dos de la tardé, sabado y domingo no entregan mercancía, pésimo servicio, malísimo.
Terrible service, they do not accept you to cancel the purchase since they make you wait 4 days to deliver the merchandise, in addition to not wanting to return the cash, they promise to deliver based on pure lies, they only care about making the sale and that the client fix as you can, in my experience I will not buy in this store again, and if that were not enough the customer service numbers never answer.
The service options say that they deliver the same day, which is not true on Friday they only deliver until two in the afternoon, Saturday and Sunday they do not deliver merchandise, terrible service, terrible.
