Great location, modern facilities. Had to ask about the water and electricity more than once:

Please don't stay here. Especially not in Felipe's AirBnBs (e.g. room 103). Yes, the buildings are new and the pool looks very nice. However: 1. The building is a disorganized mess where the security guards are often unavailable to even let you in or out of the building, and there is no way to do it without them. So it feels like being in prison. You often will not be able to leave or come in and especially at night you could he waiting for 6 hours. The guards will not let packages or food deliveries up to your room; you will have to chase them daily for any packages mailed to you and you still may not get them; they will openly lie to you about simple things like the cheapest taxi price in town. This is Playa mentality to some degree - many come to Playa to make money for a few months and then leave - but this building is especially bad. 2. There were many construction issues when I stayed. The air conditioner absolutely did not cool the room, and the electricity bill was outrageous. The shower did not have hot water for the first 14 days and then it was boiling hot. Construction workers I did not know had to come in, interrupt my stay, and dump toilet water on my bathroom floor because there was a leak downstairs. Although Felipe's AirBnBs normally rent for some of the highest prices in this neighborhood - and Playa often has 100+ degree Fahrenheit weather - the beds do not even have cotton sheets or comforters. Their material can feel sticky and awful in hot weather, and it was not uncommon for me to wake up here covered in sweat. 3. They are supposed to clean and disinfect the pool, but, if they do it, they barely do it. There are literally dozens of new tourists coming and going from this building each week - most of whom will take a dip in the pool. The lack of sanitation was concerning. 4. Even the parking garage and garbage can be a huge pain to use as there is only small garbage can for the whole building. Some days, when you go downstairs to throw out your garbage, it is not even there. I did not park here but those who did told me it was a slow and painful process to get your car out each time involving the security guard, and that they would not let you park in the garage if you came back at night. 5. The worst thing is that there were openly self-described criminal elements from the US staying in the building for months during my stay. Knowing they were there made me extremely unsafe and uncomfortable for pretty much half my stay, and I was counting the days until I could leave the building. I don't recommend this building or this neighborhood. If you are looking to be close to Fifth Avenue but in a quieter neighborhood, I recommend you look further south - ideally south of Benito Juarez.

Nice & comfy room with an amazing view on top

Love love love this place! My room was so specious and modern looking, it had everything I needed but the best part is the roof top and the pool! Also they were vey responsive to every questions I had. will come back here.

Very clean, modern, cozy and secure The security guard was there 24/7 opening and closing the garage also, he suggested us good local restaurants around The rooftop pool is super cool I could swim day and night with a small place for BBQ and a bar
