★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una decepción total. Fui por qué quería hacerme de un patrimonio con mucho esfuerzo y el señor Pedro Pech dueño de la empresa me robó dinero. Yo llegue queriendo usar mi crédito del Infonavit para un terreno lo cual no se puede pero el señor Pedro y su baja moral y profesionalismo me dijeron que si se podía. Le di un anticipo para apartar el lugar en lo que conseguía el crédito que el me aseguraba me iban a dar. Todavía antes d darle el anticipo confirme con el de palabra que si no me daban el crédito me regresaba mi dinero y aunque ahí estaban su abogada y su hijo Saúl Pech (que era mi broker) y todos estabamos de acuerdo en cuanto me negaron el crédito (obvio) se le olvidó lo que había prometido el señor Pedro y puesto que a él no se le olvidó quedarse con parte del dinero que le había dado. Tuvo la decencia de regresarme algo pero si se quedo injustamente con una parte de ese dinero que ni mío era lo conseguí para el trámite y tuve que pagarlo de mi bolsa para recuperarlo. Al final por mucho que se vea como un hombre de Dios y todo el señor Pedro Pech es un charlatán sin palabra y sin escrúpulos yo no confiaría nada a una persona así. Tengo pruebas de todo esto aunque solo quiero que la gente sepa el tipo de persona que es el dueño de esta empresa que dice el que es una empresa de Dios y solo son sus administradores pues no creo que dios esté muy de acuerdo con robar y mentir a la gente.
A total disappointment. I went because I wanted to get a wealth with a lot of effort and Mr. Pedro Pech, owner of the company, stole money from me. I arrived wanting to use my Infonavit credit for a piece of land which cannot be done, but Mr. Pedro and his low morale and professionalism told me that it could. I gave him an advance to set aside the place in which I got the credit that he assured me they were going to give me. Even before giving him the advance, I confirmed with the word that if they did not give me the credit, my money would return and although there were his lawyer and his son Saúl Pech (who was my broker) and we all agreed as soon as they denied me the credit (Obviously) he forgot what Mr. Pedro had promised and since he did not forget to keep part of the money he had given him. He had the decency to return something to me but if he unfairly kept a part of that money that was not even mine, I got it for the process and I had to pay it out of my purse to get it back. In the end, no matter how much he looks like a man of God and all Mr. Pedro Pech is a wordless and unscrupulous charlatan, I would not trust such a person with anything. I have proof of all this although I just want people to know the type of person who is the owner of this company who says that it is a company of God and they are only its administrators because I do not think that God is very much in agreement with stealing and lying to the people.
