Had a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday, staying in Orion and looking ar a Mars-Venus-Moon stellium was the best gift I could give myself

Very bad experience. Very basic breakfast, bad wifi, problem of water, not very welcoming. True, the view is splendid y cabanas very cute.

The road up the hotel is so steep that our taxi had to back down and take a running start at it. It’s only ten minutes down to shops but a lot longer getting back up. The only views we could see are from the pool. The owner would not let us drop off our bags even an hour early. Very expensive for what it is.

This locations gets two out of five stars. The location, rooms and views are great. For this I would give 5 stars. But the hospitality is zero. The “welcome” from the manger was a really bad first impression. She was somehow busy and came to us saying “Si?”...which gave us the impression of “what are you doing here?” She is really in the wrong place as being the manager who should be professional in hospitality. So said to have such a manager in such a nice location. Beside that: - it was not possible to pay with credit card; we have not been informed ahead about that. She did not accept money transfer because of commissions and other reasons. - The pool water circulation was not working. - wifi is very weak. often no connection at all. So to conclude: very nice room, nice view; host/hospitality: zero.

We had the best time ever here! Christa is the nicest hostess. She connected us for a boat tour with the most enthusiastic captain ever (Pacifco Mágico Tours), also with a great masseuse that came up to the retraite, arranged our taxi and a doctor for my sick boyfriend. The included breakfast is very good (fresh bread, butter, fruits, yoghurt and granola) and you can add things if you like. We were staying in the cabana with private bathroom; what a view! And spacious room, big shower (cold water, but you don’t need hot water in this climate) and the room is mosquito proof. Okay, it is a bit of a walk up, but really doable and worth the view! And takes not more than 10min. Did I mention the view?? Breathtaking! You can see the sunset set in the ocean (so no need to walk up to pointa cometa). And we even spotted whales! The swimming pool is beautiful also, and nice to relax. Wifi is not so good, but that goes for all of San Augustinillo and also you Simcard. Just enjoy the offline gift ;) Again: overall just amazing!

The Training I did there was great, but we were not allowed to use the pool, although there was Noone else of the guests in the pool most of the time. It's a nice few and a cool breeze and a clean location, but not very welcoming.

We've stayed here in November, the views are super dreamy, it's super quiet and peaceful. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The view from our little villa was amazing, the hammocks everywhere are so nice! Only thing we didn't like was the breakfast... portions are super small and they only had papaya marmalade for on the bread, the both of us don't like papaya at all so we had just bread with a bit of butter. Rest of our stay was great!
