El examen realizado fue muy detallado y completo! Fui por unos lentes progresivos para presbicia y unos armazones para ellos y las recomendaciones del señor Chavez de primera! Estoy encantado con mis lentes y me resolvió mi problema! Zeiss lo recomiendo por encima de Varilux y esta óptica en especial es la que mejor servicio y atención me han brindado! Felicidades!!! ?
Excellent attention! I was very satisfied with the attention and professionalism! Especially from Mr. Carlos Chavez, who is extremely attentive, patient, careful and very professional! The exam was very detailed and complete! I went for progressive lenses for presbyopia and some frames for them and Mr. Chavez's recommendations first! I am delighted with my glasses and it solved my problem! Zeiss recommend it above Varilux and this optics in particular is the one that has given me the best service and attention! Congratulations!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado, acudí a la sucursal que se encuentra en Cancún y gracias a ellos me percate de que en esta sucursal ( Santa Fe) alteran los precios, me atendió el vendedor Miguel Angel Martinez Flores mal servicio, arrogante y déspota a la hora de dar el servicio, siempre quería tener la razón.
Antes de adquirir sus productos asegúrense de que no les están subiendo a sus precios para que al final gastemos más, en si los productos ya son de elevado precio para que ellos le suban aun más.
Be careful, I went to the branch that is located in Cancun and thanks to them I realized that in this branch (Santa Fe) prices are altered, the seller Miguel Angel Martinez Flores attended me with poor service, arrogant and despotic at the time of giving service, always wanted to be right.
