★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar hay excelente ambiente y tranquilidad con gente de buen carácter y muy amable casas con un diseño muy bonito, moderno y los espacios bien utilizados hay seguridad en todo el lugar las 24 horas y los guardias son muy amables y atentos cuenta con alberca, cancha de futbol,Basketball, etc y mesa de ping pong además de un espacio con juegos para niños lugar 100 porciento recomendable para vivir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal de caseta ineficiente, el trabajo que realiza la mesa que administra el fraccionamiento realmente es de destacarse. Mantiene el fraccionamiento en muy buenas condiciones y siempre está pendiente de que todo se encuentre bien.
Dan mucho valor al cuidado de las áreas comunes sobre todo en el tema de las áreas verdes. Lamentablemente como en todos lados, lleno de personas muy conflictivas que se quejan de todo, y no respetan el espacio unas entre otras. Se puede ver a muchos niños jugando por todo el fraccionamiento sin cubrebocas e invadiendo los estacionamientos de las casas.
