★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son estafadores, le estaban cobrando a mi mamá diciéndole que la van a correr de su casa. Sin demanda ni ningún papel legítimo. Se comunican por whatsapp, y cuando pidieron una cita citaron a mi mamá en el aeropuerto. Me llaman constantemente de diferentes números, ES FRAUDE MUCHO CUIDADO!
 They are scammers, they were charging my mother telling her that they are going to kick her out of her house. No lawsuit or any legitimate role. They communicate by WhatsApp, and when they asked for an appointment they summoned my mother at the airport. They call me constantly from different numbers, IT IS FRAUD VERY CAREFUL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mas que les explicas que los datos que les dieron estan mal te INVENTAN que ya hubo contacto en ese numero y no dejan de acosar dia tras dia, mandas correo y no hay respuesta.
As much as you explain to them that the data they were given is wrong, they INVENT you that there was already contact at that number and they don't stop harassing you day after day, you send an email and there is no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, se la pasan molestándome por un adeudo que no es mío, marque para informarles que ese teléfono no le pertenece a la persona y prácticamente me dijeron que iban a seguir molestando hasta que la persona que les debe les pague porque ese teléfono fue el que dió. No hagan tratos con esta empresa y tampoco con los bancos asociados a ella, PESIMA!
Terrible, they keep bothering me about a debt that is not mine, I dialed to inform them that that phone does not belong to the person and they practically told me that they were going to continue bothering me until the person who owes them pays them because that phone was the one that gave. Do not make deals with this company and neither with the banks associated with it, AWFUL!

Personalmente tenia miedo de llegar a un acuerdo porque había leído en FOROS de resuelve tu deuda y defensa al deudor puras criticas negativas de ZENDERE atribuyendo que eran unos estafadores. Después de charlar con la ejecutiva sobre este "miedo" me explico que hay mucha gente molesta por las llamadas de cobranza y que al no querer pagar pues escriben cosas negativas de la empresa. Finalmente me di la oportunidad de confiar en ZENDERE, hice mi pago en la fecha acordada y cumplieron su promesa, actualizaron mi buro a verde me dieron mi carta finiquito y recupere mi vida crediticia. Dense una oportunidad de pagar sus atrasos y de confiar en ZENDERE porque a mi punto de vista todo $$ en deuda se debe pagar porque sino es ROBAR. Ojo nadie me pago por este comentario, solo me parece justo decir la verdad basada en mi experiencia.
I want to give my opinion because it corroborates the seriousness of this office. Personally, I was afraid of reaching an agreement because I had read in FORUMS about resolving your debt and defending the debtor, pure negative criticism of ZENDERE, attributing that they were scammers. After chatting with the executive about this "fear," she explained to me that there are many people upset about collection calls and that by not wanting to pay, they write negative things about the company. I finally gave myself the opportunity to trust ZENDERE, I made my payment on the agreed date and they kept their promise, they updated my bureau to green, they gave me my settlement letter and I recovered my credit life. Give yourselves an opportunity to pay your arrears and to trust Zendere because in my point of view all $$ in debt must be paid because otherwise it is STEAL. Eye nobody paid me for this comment, it just seems fair to tell the truth based on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen llamandome más de 1 año buscando a una persona que no conozco, ya he realizado más de 5 reportes, me llaman a todas horas, no dan información y ellos si quieren tener información mía.
Ya les he explicado que mi línea telefónica tiene más de 5 años conmigo que tal vez al escribir el número hubo algún error, pero todo es para nada.
Me tienen cansada, fastidiada y lo que le sigue.
Alguien sabe a donde puedo acudir a poner una queja a esta compañía??
They have been calling me for more than 1 year looking for a person I do not know, I have already made more than 5 reports, they call me at all hours, they do not give information and they do want to have information about me.
I have already explained to them that my telephone line has been with me for more than 5 years, that perhaps there was an error when writing the number, but it is all for nothing.
They have me tired, annoyed and what follows.
Does anyone know where I can go to file a complaint with this company?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaron un convenio que no coincide con la razón fiscal de Zendere, para hacer el pago de mi convenio. Argumentan que posterior al pago hay que esperar 15 días para solicitar la carta. Pero cuando se solicita la carta no te dan seguimiento y NUNCA llega ni tampoco te contestan el telefono. (cabe mencionar que tiene muchos números y en todos contesta personal de Zendere)
En mi caso no han solucionado nada el pago se hizo hace poco mas de mes y medio y sigo sin respuesta.
Lo interesante del caso es que ellos si tienen la información de tu caso, entonces probablemente este coludidos con alguien del mismo banco.
Tengan MUCHO CUIDADO NO CAIGAN CON ESTA GENTUCHA. En mi caso intentaron intimidarme pero como he lidiado con esta tipo de personas no lograron. Pero definitivamente tengan cuidado.
DA LA CASUALIDAD QUE TODAS LAS BUENAS OPINIONES NO TIENEN FOTO EN SUS PERFILES. Así que ustedes hagan sus conclusiones.
They sent me an agreement that does not coincide with the fiscal reason of Zendere, to make the payment of my agreement. They argue that after payment you have to wait 15 days to request the letter. But when the letter is requested they do not follow up and it NEVER arrives nor do they answer the phone. (It is worth mentioning that it has many numbers and all of them are answered by Zendere staff)
In my case they have not solved anything, the payment was made a little over a month and a half ago and I still have no response.
The interesting thing about the case is that if they have the information on your case, then they are probably in collusion with someone from the same bank.
BE VERY CAREFUL DON'T FALL WITH THIS PEOPLE. In my case they tried to intimidate me but as I have dealt with these types of people they did not succeed. But definitely be careful.
IT HAPPENS THAT ALL THE GOOD OPINIONS DO NOT HAVE A PHOTO ON THEIR PROFILES. So you make your conclusions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía un adeudo desde hace 10 años y anteriormente no había podido solucionar el problema. Aquí abajo vi el comentario de Mariana y me animé para darle pronta solución a mi adeudo y recuperar mi historial crediticio.
Hablé a las oficinas, llegamos a un acuerdo, hice mi pago y cumplieron lo prometido.
Mi carta finiquito me la dieron al día siguiente y el adeudo en mi buró desapareció.
Tengo que decir que también estaba escéptico por los comentarios negativos. Me di la oportunidad, confié en Zendere y todo salió como se acordó.
Muchas gracias al equipo de Zendere, y sobre todo a la Srita Griselda Hernández.
He had a debt for 10 years and previously he had not been able to solve the problem. Below I saw Mariana's comment and I was encouraged to give my debt a quick solution and recover my credit history.
I spoke to the offices, we reached an agreement, I made my payment and they fulfilled what was promised.
My settlement letter was given to me the next day and the debt in my bureau disappeared.
I have to say I was also skeptical because of the negative comments. I gave myself the opportunity, I trusted Zendere and everything went as agreed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hablan para que pague una supuesta deuda que tengo de hace casi 10 años con Banamex.
Les he pedido más de 15 veces sin exagerar que si me demuestran lo que contraté (supuestamente un seguro Libra) y me explican como cobraron una anualidad de una tarjeta que ya estaba cancelada les pago.
Pero solo están buenos para molestar, mandan según correos con ofertas de pago para borrarte de buró y las veces que he consultado el buró no hay ningún adeudo que tenga pendiente.
Les hice por correo una oferta de pago simbólico para que puedan ya borrar ese pendiente y no responden los correos, sólo hacen y hacen llamadas.
Cada vez que me marcan de un número distinto, los voy bloqueando para que después no entren llamadas.
Cuando hace años marque a Banamex para aclarar esto, me dijeron que no podían hacer aclaraciones sobre cuentas que estaban canceladas. Pero tampoco nunca me pudieron ellos mismos demostrar como hicieron un cargo de una anualidad en una tarjeta cancelada ni como fué que me hicieron un cargo de un seguro Libra que nunca contraté.
