★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo yendo como 5 años las señoritas que te atienden muy amables pero tienen PESIMA ATENCION A CLIENTES. Fuí hace como 2 meses hacerme 5 areas y la maquina de fotodepilacion estaba caliente y no se sentia nada cuando normalmente duele poquito y si les dije. Ya casi al final en la pierna la maquina literal empezo a tirar agua por que estaba descompuesta. Obviamente no me pudieron acabar el tratamiento. Me dijeron que pues por la maquina descompuesta me iban hacer validas las sesiones la siguiente visita y no me las cobraron, si no pues ni me hubieran dejado salirme sin pagar. La señorita que me hizo la sesión no puso la fecha y la dueña del lugar no me las quizo hacer validas. Volvi ayer hacerme las sesiones y RESULTA que no me hicieron validas las sesiones que por SU maquina descompuesta y para acabar me acabaron cobrando doble!! la verdad PESIMO CERO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR!!!!!!!
I have been going for about 5 years the ladies who serve you very kindly but have LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went about 2 months ago to get 5 areas and the photoepilation machine was hot and I didn't feel anything when it usually hurts a little and if I told them. Almost at the end in the leg the literal machine began to throw water because it was broken. Obviously they couldn't finish my treatment. They told me that because of the broken machine the sessions would be valid for me the next visit and they did not charge me, otherwise they would not have let me leave without paying. The lady who did the session did not set the date and the owner of the place did not want to validate them. I came back yesterday to do the sessions and IT RESULTS that the sessions that due to YOUR broken machine did not make me valid and to finish they ended up charging me double !! the truth PESIMO ZERO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!!
