ZenSpa - Cancún

One of the best spa experiences. Highly recommend.

From the states, I’m a guy who’s always skeptical of spa places & massages on vacation. I’ve been hot stone’d, Swedish’s, myofascial released, Thai massaged etc. But YOOOOOO... the Hot Stone Mayan massage here?! #excelente Aurora from Zen Spa was amazing. Regular practitioners usually just limit use of the hot stones on ur back as they apply pressure. But she applied the hot stones to every part of the body she covered! Our 80min couples massage was amazing, wife loved it in celebration of her 31st bday. Extra bonus points for the beauty of the spa, sauna, warm pool, herbal steam bath! Made our experience in Cancún all the more magical!

First time at Hyatt Ziva and have had an amazing experience. I tried the Swedish massage at the zen spa in the resort and couldn't be more pleased. The staff was amazing and the facilities were clean,relaxing, and inviting. Liliana was my masseuse and took great care kf me. She made sure I was comfortable and continually checked in on me throughout the entire experience. I would love to come back and experience this again and highly recommend to others.

My boyfriend and I were beyond impressed with our experience at the ZenSpa at Hyatt Ziva. I had an 80 minute beach cabana massage while he had an 80 minute deep tissue indoors. Then, we had side-by-side facials inside. Jenny and Liliana truly were the best. They were personable yet professional, caring, thorough and so kind. When I come back to ZenSpa, I will be requesting them! The facilities were immaculate and the pool/hot tub were just what we needed. I can't recommend ZenSpa enough!

Ended up booking a Spa day with massage to end the trip right and I have no regrets. Check In - When we arrived they knew of the appointment and had me fill out some forms regarding personal health. After was explained what the process would be, member explained very calmly and made me feel super comfortable. After a worker was assigned to explain the lockers where I was provided with a key card to locker and the amenities in the changing room/ shower/ bath area. Massage - Once I was changed the assigned Masseuse met me outside the locker and took me to the private room. The massage was on point and have to rate it in my top 5 massages. Spa Area - Once the massage was done a lady guided me to shower (trunks on) cleaned up, then walked me to the Steam room, and provided me with towels, and put cream on my face with cucumbers for my eyes. After a few minutes she replaced cold towels and walked me to the Sauna and did the same. Pools - After that I did that Cold, hot pool process and relaxed. Overall place is beautiful but small. I would do it again and recommend it for sure.
