★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unique experience and a must see if you decide to stay in Valladolid, even for one night! I will not bore you with how great the underground water cave is because this has been covered extensively by other reviewers. However, I was amazed by the quality and variety of the breakfast served, something that many luxurious hotels tend to miss. I loved their freshly cafe de olla with a drop of tequila, the variety of omelettes and waffles. One of the most delicious and energetic morning meals I ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World class hospitality, Alberto and María Elena, the owners made me feel like a guest in their own house, the wait staff, Filiberto, Miguel and the rest of the staff went out of their way to ensure I had one of the most pleasant stays I’ve ever experienced. Definitely recommend you consider staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worth the price. My wife and I only stayed one night because we were just passing through, but we are coming back next time we travel. Meal and drink prices are very reasonable and everything was delicious. The staff are amazing too, very helpful and friendly. The cave is amazing to hang out in, unforgettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a cute little wellness retreat. We got the day pass and it was about $25 USD that gave access to the gave with the thermal water, pool, and hammocks. We had the most amazing brunch and dinner there as well. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great warm cave pool with a big size room. All staffs are super kind and friendly, and you should try massage!!! Decent price, 50 min deep tissue massage was around $40 and very skillful, not too hard but great relaxing time. Dr. Fish pool is another little joy and you might meet some surprise guest in your porch, little cute kitty! Breakfast was very delicious and goooood! Here's con's: location(very far from the main street, you'd better have a rented car), no TV, shower system and the warm cave pool water smells like clorox... but this is one of my favorite hotel to relax for sure. Cannot believe it's only 3 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t believe this place is only 3 star! It’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The saline cave is even more incredible than in the hotel’s pics on their site. The service was brilliant - I even got my laundry done there. The staff were lovely people who genuinely cared that I had a lovely stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were great. An extremely peaceful place to stay. So, so relaxing. The food in the restaurant is very good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, we really liked the paintings all around. Bed was very comfortable and we loved the cave with hot water. Staff speaks English. Restaurant is amazing don't miss the steak and salmon. Breakfast is good.
Garden is amazing we had lovely time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay here! The courtyard, turtles, hammocks, swimming pool, and overran environment is very inviting. We enjoyed the spacious & airy rooms, super comfortable beds, and entire cleaning staff. The 24 hour heated saline water cave was especially unique & enjoyable. We would definitely stay again & highly recommend.
