Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness - Juárez

When the Spa bookers ask you about booking your second massage, I highly recommend you take them up on it.

What a magical place! One of the nicest spas I have been to. From when we walked in we were greeted like royalty and they went above and beyond to make sure our experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The facilities are remarkable and absolutely stunning. The staff is so gracious and generally concerned. Special thank you to Victor for an amazing and relaxing massage it was truly a wonderful and spiritual experience.

Massage was good. Staff was very weird, a little unprofessional. The facilities are very good, therapist who does the massage very good as well.

Went there for the 'romance package'. Me and my partner got a couples massage, body exfoliation, facials, and champagne and strawberries. The masseuses were very nice and asked if we were okay a bunch. They let us know what they were about to do. One complaint is that I had hurt my foot the day earlier slipping on a pool deck and I told the lady to just leave my feet alone. But she touched the ouchy one and was all upset with me that I had hurt my foot but not written it as a medical condition on my form. A stubbed toe is not the same thing as a chronic disease lady. Anyways, the massage was nice. They weren't gentle (which I liked), the salt scrub was awesome and me and my partner were silky smooth afterwards. The facial was simple and hydrating and didn't make my face rash out or anything. We also went back to the spa later to test out their hydro therapy rooms. There were spas, hot tubs, cold tubs, pools, a juice bar, saunas and other wet things. It was nice. And included in the resort :)

Wife received a Relaxation Massage and full body wrap. She said it was the best massage she ever had.

My husband and I got the sport massage at the end of our stay at TRS. This is the best massage I have received in my life, and my husband said the same thing. There was a little bit of back and forth until we checked in but the massage was truly amazing. I see that some people post negative reviews about the massage so I assume that it depends on the massage therapist. Omar was great, and the lady that gave massage to my husband was also very good. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing experience. Had a couples massage with full body scrub and facial. Massage therapist was amazing. So tranquil. Worth the money! The after spay are was amazing too. Unfortunately due to COVID some areas were closed. Which just means I'll have to visit again!

Zentropia is a slice of heaven!! We typically come just to use the pool, it’s recently heated and even more enjoyable! It’s in full sun, clean and peaceful. I enjoy the juices and small sandwiches from Habits Health Bar. The hydrotherapy circuit is great and the inside spa area is gorgeous as well. It’s disappointing to learn they will be charging $35/pp to use the pool next year. We will likely go once to still enjoy it, but the fee will likely keep us from visiting multiple times during our stay.
