Servicio deplorable. No me surtieron nada en todo el día desde temprano hice el pedido y todo el día me dijeron que ya no tardaba que le iban a pasar el reporte al operador y nunca llego.Al fnal del dia me dijeron que el operador se habia ido a su casa, wow!!!! me podrán dar trabajo ahí donde te vas a la hora que quieras. Muy poca seriedad.
Deplorable service. Tengo varios años con el servicio contratado con su empresa, pero hasta este año decidí supervisar lo que me surten con lo que marca mi tanque estacionario y me llevo la sorpresa de que surten menos,. en mayo de este año me surtieron 20 lts de menos insistí en mi queja hasta que me atendieron y tan se convencieron del faltante, que me bonificaron lo que me hizo falta (20 lts aprox.). este mes de nov/18 me surtieron y nuevamente me hizo falta la misma cantidad, lo volví a reportar, pero de nueva cuenta ignoraron mi reporte. Me da la impresión que su sistema de entregas domestico funciona igual que la gasolina (entregas de menos). Que nos queda a los usuarios? aguantar y pagar, levantar quejas ante alguna autoridad, o buscar opciones aunque al parecer su empresa tiene todo el monopolio en cuanto al gas doméstico se refiere.

Parece que los precios van a la baja. La atención fue considerablemente buena, aceptable. Esperamos que los precios sigan a la baja. Una de las muy pocas noticias buenas entre tantas malas. Espero que lis kilos y/o litros sean completos. Saludos.

Sinceramente tienen un servicio, muy deficiente, un call center con gente muy poco preparada, muy grosera, y sobretodo poco profesional. Un servicio, que tarda más de 5 horas en llegar y pedido “ urgente”, llamas al call center para ver que te dicen, y su primera respuesta es : “ si, ya estoy viendo que es la cuarta vez que nos llama”. ¿Y para que? Para nada, es una cosa bárbara lo de esta gente. Poco entendimiento hacia al cliente, y si les pides su nombre, por que te molesta de la manera tan grosera que te hablan... ja! Misterio... se cuelga la llamada. Uno sinceramente pierde la calma, y es normal. Yo entiendo que los call centers, dan la cara, la oreja, ante muchos clientes descontentos, por el pésimo servicio que ofrece la empresa. Pero siempre tiene que haber un respeto. Te prometo Zeta Gas. Que es la última vez que mi familia y conocidos nos surtimos contigo. De verdad, que pena de empresa.

Pésimo servicio pero no por las señoritas de atención telefónica si no por servicio a clientes, no atienden mi reporte hace dos semanas, me vendieron un cilindro sin nivel suficiente me duró 12 días y vivimos dos personas! Nunca tienen horario formal para presentarse, el supervisor no ha ido desde el 14 que se levantó el reporte, asegúrense que les pesen el cilindro frente a ustedes porque el mío ya lo llevaba en el segundo piso y me dió pena regresar al señor pero por buena gente nos ven la cara!
Terrible service but not for the ladies of telephone attention if not for customer service, they did not attend my report two weeks ago, they sold me a cylinder without sufficient level it lasted 12 days and we lived two people! You never have a formal schedule to appear, the supervisor has not been since the 14th that the report was made, make sure that the cylinder in front of you is weighed because mine was already on the second floor and I was sorry to return to the Lord but for good people see our faces!

Acabamos de hacer un pedido y el chavo que contesto , muy pedante y nos colgó el teléfono. Mandamos WhatsApp desde las 5 y son las 7.40 nunca contestaron .
