★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Me quedé sin gas domingo en la noche y ni lunes ni martes tuvieron servicio, cómo es posible si es un servicio de primera necesidad. Lo ordené para el miércoles y no llegó en la hora indicada, con la excusa que sí vinieron pero no es verdad porque yo estuve vigilando desde temprano. Luego me dicen me enviarán si el operador está cerca pero no me confirman, me tocó ordenar de la competencia y cancelarles el servicio.
Terrible service. I ran out of gas Sunday night and neither Monday nor Tuesday they had service, how is it possible if it is a service of first necessity. I ordered it for Wednesday and it did not arrive at the indicated time, with the excuse that they did come but it is not true because I was watching from early. Then they tell me they will send me if the operator is close but they do not confirm me, I had to order from the competition and cancel the service.

Aquí en Cancún ti llevas tu cilindro y lo recargan con la cantidad que solicites, desde una cantidad mínima hasta el llenado total del cilindro.
Lo mejor que tienen servicio las 24 hrs.
A different service to other cities where they take you in gas to your home.
Here in Cancun you take your cylinder and they recharge it with the amount you request, from a minimum amount to the total filling of the cylinder.
The best that they have 24 hour service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dejaron sin gas. Hice el pedido temprano. Llame a las 2 hs, a ver qué pasaba, me dijeron que el repartidor estaba en camino. Llame a las 4hs y me dicen que por un error no iban a venir. Sino llamaba yo, nadie me avisaba.
ME DEJARON SIN GAS.
A la persona que me atendió el teléfono, pedí que me pasen a la encuesta de calidad, y me cortaron. Reclame por whats app, facebook, Instagram, y nadie respondió.
Terrible servicio
They left me without gas. I placed the order early. I called at 2 am to see what was happening, they told me that the delivery man was on his way. I called at 4 am and they told me that due to a mistake they were not going to come. If I didn't call, no one told me.
THEY LEFT ME WITHOUT GAS.
I asked the person who answered the phone to go to the quality survey, and they cut me off. Complain by whats app, facebook, Instagram, and nobody answered.
