★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LO PEOR, al igual que todos los comentarios, hice una venta a un cliente de alto valor, la transacción se dividió en 3 cargos porque por el monto en uno solo no se pudo. Bloquearon la cuenta y retuvieron el saldo, pidieron una serie de documentos que en repetidas ocasiones les mande, sin respuesta del área de seguridad de la empresas, área que no tiene un teléfono y el soporte al cliente te dice que está limitado para darte información. Así que de nada sirve el teléfono que te dan, NO resuelven nada. Solo me dijo que se debió haber hecho los pagos en lapsos de 24 horas lo cual para cualquier a que tenga un negocio, sabes lo ilógico que es esta respuesta por parte de iZettle. Dos dias después me mandan un mail cancelando la cuenta y diciendo que por confidencialidad no dirán la razón.
Son una porquería, contestan a los comentarios con que te comuniques a un teléfono al cual NO SOLUCIONAN nada, porque ya lo hice antes de poner este comentario y no sirvió de nada.

They blocked the account and withheld the balance, asked for a series of documents that I repeatedly sent them, without response from the security area of the companies, an area that does not have a phone and customer support tells you that it is limited to give you information. So the phone they give you is useless, they do NOT solve anything. He only told me that payments should have been made in 24 hours, which for anyone who has a business, you know how illogical this response is from iZettle. Two days later they send me an email canceling the account and saying that due to confidentiality they will not say the reason.
They are crap, they answer the comments with which you communicate to a phone to which they DO NOT SOLVE anything, because I already did it before putting this comment and it did not help.
