★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El programa tiene potencial siempre y cuando no se caiga tuve un 70% de conectividad lo que es muy bajo el otro problema es el servicio parece que es un regalo toman actitud de superioridad si se les cae el sistema culpan a todos menos a su programa yo perdí muchas ventas por estar dentro de la app y por meses no me dieron la capacitación decidí salirme y no obtuve tiempo de bajar mi información de reportes y ni de cambiar el centralizador al siguiente proveedor tuve solo un día para hacer todos los movimientos y a ellos nos les importa si pierdes dinero aunque la culpa de buscar otras opciones son ellos que no funcionan como empresa! La verdad busquen otra opción hay opciones mucho más baratas, y que lastima yo quise intentarlo con ellos por ser una empresa mexicana pero desafortunadamente por eso las compañías extranjeras sobrepasan a las de nuestro país por el servicio que en zetus no existe!
The program has potential as long as it doesn't crash I had 70% connectivity which is very low the other problem is the service it seems like a gift they take a superior attitude if the system crashes they blame everyone except their program me I lost a lot of sales because I was inside the app and for months they didn't give me the training I decided to leave and I didn't have time to download my reporting information or to change the centralizer to the next provider I had only one day to do all the movements and they They care if you lose money, although they are to blame for looking for other options because they don't work as a company! The truth is, look for another option, there are much cheaper options, and what a shame I wanted to try it with them because it is a Mexican company, but unfortunately that is why foreign companies surpass those of our country for the service that does not exist in Zetus!
