M	Mary Pérez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, van 2 ocasiones que llevo a mis gatitos y ni siquiera los sacan de la transpotadora a revisión y así diagnostican, en ambas ocasiones tuve que llevar a una segunda revisión con otro profesional para una atención de calidad. Terrible attention, there are 2 times that I take my kittens and they don't even take them out of the transporter for a check-up and so they diagnose, on both occasions I had to take a second check-up with another professional for quality care.
L	Lizeth González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a clientes, mala revisión y diagnóstico, lleve a mi gato por un problema en el ojo y solo con verlo dijeron que requería cirugía, el que no no lo revisará me dio desconfianza así que preferí llevarlo a otro profesional para una segunda opinión y lo reviso a fondo, desde la temperatura, resulto ser solo una inflamación. Terrible customer service, poor review and diagnosis, I took my cat for an eye problem and just by seeing it they said it required surgery, whoever will not review it gave me mistrust so I preferred to take it to another professional for a second opinion and I check it thoroughly, from the temperature, it turned out to be just a swelling.
