★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empezando por el precio, supongo que cada quien tendrá diferentes puntos de vista sobre pagar 350 al mes, ya que es un gimnasio completo, yo fui durante dos meses y me lleve bien con el entrenador, pesaba 78 kilos y logré bajar a 70 kilos (admito que falte varios días) pero las rutinas eran muy buenas, no le doy 5 estrellas porque no te dan la opción de pagar el entrenador aparte (de manera en la que te salga más barata la cuota)
Starting with the price, I suppose that everyone will have different points of view about paying 350 a month, since it is a complete gym, I went for two months and I got along with the coach, weighed 78 kilos and I managed to lose 70 kilos ( I admit that it lacks several days) but the routines were very good, I do not give it 5 stars because they do not give you the option to pay the coach separately (in a way that the quota is cheaper)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un muy buen lugar para empezar, cuenta con muchas máquinas, además de diferentes actividades que no solo es gym, aparte de esto, instructores que si les solicitas ayuda, te la dan, muy buen lugar y las personas que trabajan aquí muy amables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente gimnasio, cuenta con tres niveles. En el primer nivel se encuentran los aparatos de gimnasio, pesas, todo muy bien ordenado y distribuido. El segundo piso tiene un muy buen espacio para actividades de cardio. En el tercer y último nivel tienen un ring de Lucha Libre, ya que en este gimnasio dan clases de Lucha. Hace algunas semanas lo visité porque se llevó a cabo una exposición de Lucha Libre, Expomáscaras, en este evento pude encontrar luchadores ofreciendo su mercancía oficial como playeras, recuerdos, máscaras, incluso podías tomarte una foto con ellos. También en ese evento hubo una demostración de un entrenamiento de Lucha, llevado a cabo por los jóvenes practicantes de este deporte. Al final, hubo una función de Lucha Libre en donde participaron diferentes personalidades luchadores como Takeda, los Cocos Verde, Rojo, Cocolores, Miss Gaviota, Ponzoña, entre algunos más. En mi caso al vivir en la zona central de la ciudad, la ubicación de este gimnasio me queda retirado pero si tú vives cerca de ahí, te recomiendo enormemente entrenar ahí.
Excellent gym, has three levels. On the first level are the gym equipment, weights, all very well organized and distributed. The second floor has a very good space for cardio activities. In the third and last level they have a wrestling ring, since in this gym they give wrestling classes. A few weeks ago I visited it because an exhibition of Lucha Libre, Expomáscaras, was held, in this event I was able to find wrestlers offering their official merchandise such as t-shirts, souvenirs, masks, you could even take a picture with them. Also in that event there was a demonstration of a wrestling training, carried out by the young practitioners of this sport. In the end, there was a Lucha Libre show where different wrestling personalities participated, such as Takeda, Cocos Verde, Rojo, Cocolores, Miss Gaviota, Ponzoña, among others. In my case, living in the central area of the city, the location of this gym is far from me, but if you live near there, I highly recommend training there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente escuela. Me impresionó la infraestructura, encuentras área de pesas, lucha, tiene un ring, está muy bien equipado, los baños y vestidores muy completos. Fui a una expo y exhibición de lucha, me quedé fascinada con el nivel de escuela que tienen, mucha disciplina y técnica. Cuando escuché la historia por su propio fundador fue sorprendente y cumple con su lema... Hay muchas estrellas en ese gym.
Desde la recepción hasta el propio gerente, te atienden con amabilidad. Está limpio, muy ordenado, cuanta con medidas de sanidad. Muy recomendado.
Excellent school. I was impressed by the infrastructure, you find a weight room, wrestling, it has a ring, it is very well equipped, the bathrooms and dressing rooms are very complete. I went to a wrestling expo and exhibition, I was fascinated with the level of school they have, a lot of discipline and technique. When I heard the story by its own founder it was surprising and it lives up to its motto... There are many stars in that gym.
From the reception to the manager himself, they treat you with kindness. It is clean, very tidy, with many health measures. Highly recommended.
